1. Water Must have at least one water station (area with continuously accessible potable water readily available) per field site.
2. Bathrooms 1 bathroom/60 attendees
3. Food
 
Vendors must have permits;
if providing food, must be compliance with local health standards/ordinances
Must communicate food availability to teams/players prior to the event
4. Fields


 
Must have all required permits; 
must avoid destruction of fields and communicate with field provider re: weather policies and field use
Safe athletic fields with cones and safety buffers (3 yds to equipment, 4 yds min btwn fields, 5 yds to hazards/padding)

Length:
- Full sized 110 yards: 70 yard playing field and 20 yard end zones
OR this length variation:
- 105 yards: 65 yard playing field and 20 yard end zones;

Width:
- Full sized: 40 yards
OR
- Minimum: 35 yards

5. Event Names/Logo USAU naming format;

6. Travel Info/Lodging Arrangements event/travel/hotel recommendations and info posted online

·   hospital/safety and on-site emergency info
·   schedule

8. Scoreboards
 
main scoreboard at tourney HQ  √
field scoreboards - required for finals  √  
9. Shelter must designate medical area for event;
recommended creating adequate space on sidelines for team tents (see Fields and buffer space requirements above)
10. Game Discs must provide at least one/team  
11. Merchandise no agreements which conflict with USA Ultimate agreements/commitments

  • 3. Food
    • If using vendor, vendor must have all required permits; if you are provided food, must be in compliance with local health standards and ordinances
    • Must communicate what the availability of food will be to teams/players prior to the event
  • 4. Fields
    • Organizers must obtain any required permits or permissions to use fields
    • Must avoid destruction of fields and communicate with field provider re: weather policies and field use
    • Safe athletic fields with cones and safety buffers (3 yds to equipment, 4 yds min between fields, 5 yds to hazards/padding)
    • Field size requirements:
      • Length:
        - Full sized 110 yards: 70 yard playing field and 20 yard end zones
        OR this length variation:
        - 105 yards: 65 yd playing field and 20 yd end zones;

      • Width:
        - Full sized: 40 yards

    • All events must be identified as USA Ultimate events and use approved USA Ultimate series design or logo

    • Must provide hotel/lodging information or recommendations
  • 7. Event Guide/Program
    • See chart above.
    • Note: if selling event guides, entire event guide does not need to be available onlne, only required information
  • 8. Scoreboards
    • States and regional events must have scoreboards for finals
    • All events must have main scoreboard at HQ
  • 9. Shelter
    • Designated area required for medical staff
    • Recommended space for team tents on sidelines (see Fields and buffer space requirements above)
  • 10. Game Discs
    • States and regional events must provide one disc per team.
  • 11. Merchandise
    • No requirements at this time.
