USA Ultimate is pleased to recognize the hard work of local USA Ultimate Affiliates for their outstanding performance in fulfilling USA Ultimate's mission while expanding the sport within their communities. Each affiliate is offerred the opportunity to recognize an individual league administrator as well as a key contributor. The recognition will also be publicized through communication in our e-news and here on the USA Ultimate website, as well as on USA Ultimate social media channels and the quarterly magazine.

Cara Martin is our outgoing treasurer. Over her career in Albany, she has played, coached, observed and provided strong, consistent, and progressive leadership. Further she has provided a strong financial structure with internal controls and accountability. Cara's spirit, ethics, and leadership have made Albany Ultimate what it is. |

Dave Klink is the vice chair of the board and served on the restructuring committee which revamped our competitive structure for the high school spring league and state tournament. He also serves as the competition director for the state tournament. He spear-headed a successful effort to obtain 501(c)(3) status for MNYU. And he put together a plan to hire our first employee. He has a hand in every cookie jar and helps push our momentum forward. |

Chris Miller served on the restructuring committee which revamped our competitive structure for the high school spring league and state tournament. He also serves as league competition director, including recruiting and overseeing conference coordinators, and he is the merchandising person for our state tournament. He is also a coach in the league and a new father, making all of his great work all the more impressive! |

Thomas Perry has taken our spring league to the next level with better online tools, communication throughout the season, prizes, and after-game events to bring in new players and keep established players engaged. |

Kevin Ryder helped both the men's and women's college teams become more competitive and recruit new members.He organized first-timer clinics and the college tournament. He created a manual for college ultimate and has otherwise worked tirelessly to grow the sport. |
