Welcome to USA Ultimate Weekly, where we'll provide you with brief, weekly updates on happenings at USA Ultimate!
March 14, 2016:
- The first rankings of the 2016 college season were released last week. Wisconsin and Central Florida took the top men's and women's spots, respectively, in D-I. John Brown and Truman State were the top men's and women's teams in D-III.
- FREE STAR Program webinars designed specifically for each division of college ultimate are set for March 21, 22, and 23. Great hosts will be available to share their experiences and knowledge and to answer your questions.
- The World Flying Disc Federation is running a Kickstarter campaign that would allow for streaming and broadcasting of the best ultimate teams in the world at the World Ultimate and Guts Championships this summer. There are just 9 days left to donate!
- The official logo for the 2016 Beach Championships is live!
- International Women's Day was March 8! We took advantage of the opportunity to celebrate our amazing GUM volunteers who are working every day to grow women's ultimate.
- 106 college teams competed across 10 more regular-season college events around the country this past weekend. Find winners and links to all the season's events at usaultimate.org/college.
College teams! If your team hasn't already registered for your conference championship event, now is the time! This how-to guide will walk you through the registration process.
