June 27, 2017:
• The U.S. brought home six gold medals and one silver medal from the World Championships of Beach Ultimate!
Catch up with all the coverage from France.
• DeAnna Ball and Sam O'Brien were named head coaches for the 2018 U-20 National Teams last week!
• Applications for those interested in being an assistant coach at the the 2018 World Junior Ultimate Championships are open. Get your application in by July 7.
• The second week of tryouts for the 2018 U-24 National Teams was held in Denver this weekend. In all, nearly 200 athletes tried out for the three teams over the two tryout weekends.
• Octavia "Opi" Payne and Ashlin Joye got the Inside Out treatment this week. Get to know your World Games team!
• Check out who took home top spirit honors from the D-I and D-III College Championships.
• Girls! Under 17 and want to play at the Youth Club Championships, but your city doesn't have a team? Never fear! The U-17 girls free agent team is back in 2017!
Apply now to play with girls from across the country in Blaine, Minn., this summer.
