August 8, 2016:
• The U.S. Men's and Women's Junior National Teams both earned medals at the 2016 World Junior Ultimate Championships in in Wroclaw, Poland this weekend! The men's team defeated Canada 15-11 to win gold, and the women's team fell to Canada 15-14 in a hard-fought game to take home silver.

• The 2016 Masters Championships took place in Aurora, Colo., this weekend. Minneapolis Surly, Denver Molly Gray and Denver Johnny Walker took home the men's masters, women's masters and grand masters titles, respectively.

• The 2016 Youth Club Championships are this weekend! In the biggest event yet, 76 teams youth teams from around the country will meet on the fields of the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minn.

• The first set of club division rankings for the 2016 season were posted last week. Washington, DC Truck Stop (M), Boston Slow White (X) and Seattle Riot (W) took the top spots in the first week.

• The Triple Crown Tour team registration deadline is this Friday, Aug. 12 at 5 p.m. MT. Teams need to have at least 10 players on their series event roster to be eligible to compete in the postseason championship series.
