USA Ultimate Statement on Carleton College Tragedy

March 1, 2014 (Boulder, Colo.)—USA Ultimate is deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of James Adams, Michael Goodgame, and Paxton Harvieux, who died in an automobile accident Friday afternoon near Northfield, Minn.
Adams, 20, of St. Paul, Minn, Harvieux, 21 of Stillwater, Minn., and Goodgame, 20 of Westport, Conn. were USA Ultimate members and current athletes on the Carleton College Ultimate Team, "CUT".
"On behalf of the entire ultimate community and the USA Ultimate board and staff, we want to express our profound sadness and deepest condolences to the families, Carleton College community, and all the friends and teammates of these young men," expressed USA Ultimate Board of Directors President Mike Payne. "Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this tragedy."
