USA Ultimate is looking for coaches for both the U19 Boys and U19 Girls 2014 World Junior Ultimate Championships (WJUC) teams!

The United States began participating in the World Junior Ultimate Championships in 1988 when the youth competition coincided with the World Ultimate and Guts Championships. The first Girls’ Division Championship was held at the 2000 WJUC in Heilbronn, Germany. In the 13 events held since its 1988 inception, the US has participated 11 times and brought home 8 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals. The US Boys’ team has won gold in each of the last five WJUCs. 2012 saw the United States earn a gold medal in the Boys’ Division and a silver medal in the Girls’ Division. USA Ultimate and our National Youth teams would like to build on the successful foundation and bring home golds in both divisions in 2014.

Coaches will be responsible for selecting and leading either the U19 Boys’ or Girls’ team during the event. The exact dates and location of the 2014 World Flying Disc Federation’s World Junior Ultimate Championships have not yet been determined.

The WJUC coaches must:
