USA Ultimate Announces ESPN College Championships Schedule

USA ULTIMATE ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE FOR 2013 COLLEGE CHAMPIONSHIPS ON ESPN3 & ESPNU
Boulder, Colo. (May 7, 2013) – USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of ultimate in the United States, is excited to announce the full schedule for the 2013 USA Ultimate College Championships, where 40 teams will compete for a national title in Madison, Wis., May 24-27.
Semifinal and final rounds in both the men’s and women’s divisions will be carried live from Madison on ESPN3, followed by tape-delayed programming on ESPNU on Wednesday, May 29.

Each year, more than 700 college teams from across North America compete in USA Ultimate’s regular-season structure to qualify for the national championship tournament. ESPN will produce and distribute the live coverage according to their high quality standards, using the expertise that has made them the worldwide leader in sports to provide ultimate fans across the country with unprecedented coverage of one of the year’s major events.
ESPN3 is ESPN’s live multi-screen sports network accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the award-winning WatchESPN app and through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members. The network is available in more than 85 million households nationwide to fans who receive their internet or video subscription from an affiliated provider.
