USA Ultimate adds 32 to Beach Worlds Team

Boulder, Colo. (May 10, 2011)--USA Ultimate announced today the remainder of the athletes who will represent the United States at the 2011 WFDF World Championships of Beach Ultimate in the Grand Masters and Mixed Masters divisions. Thirty-two athletes were added to Team USA for the late-summer tournament that will take place in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy from August 22-28.
The teams were selected based on a variety of factors, including skill level, competitive experience, spirit, ambassadorship, reliability, geographical representation, team chemistry, historical participation and past contributions to the sport of Ultimate.
