Three Job Opportunities at USA Ultimate

USA Ultimate (USAU) is announcing three job openings at its headquarters in Boulder, CO and is seeking qualified applicants to support its current programs and expand into new areas of leadership and service to the sport.

The Manager of Events and Manager of Membership and Sport Development positions are both new to the organization. The Manager of Competition and Athlete Programs position will continue to focus on development and management of USAU’s College Division programs.
The college management position was most recently filled by Michelle Ng, who has decided to leave USA Ultimate in order to focus her energy and efforts on Without Limits. Michelle has done an outstanding job working with organizers, teams, and volunteers to manage USAU’s largest program, including implementation of the recently redeveloped competitive structure for the College Division. Michelle also established the USAU College STAR (Skills, Training, and Recruitment) Program, a new skills development program which will continue to expand USAU’s program offerings to college teams. While Michelle will be missed at headquarters, she will continue to work to grow and develop the sport, with a special focus on college women’s development, through Without Limits, an organization she founded and will continue to lead. USAU looks forward to working with and alongside Michelle and to finding the next great staff person to continue her work with the College Division.
