Take the Final 2019-21 Strategic Plan Survey

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Feb. 12, 2018)—Following a pair of surveys, and after embarking on an 11-city Vision Tour to learn more about the ultimate community’s hopes, dreams and ideas, USA Ultimate is once again asking for your help in shaping the future of our sport.
USA Ultimate has created a third and final survey to assist in the creation of its 2019-21 strategic plan. Using information gathered from the ultimate community in the last 15 months, this survey focuses on specific strategic priorities and long-term visions for ultimate.
All USA Ultimate members and stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, organizers, volunteers, observers, parents and guardians, educators, local affiliates and state-based organizations, sponsors and licensees, fans, media partners and anyone else who plays a role in our sport, are strongly encouraged to provide their feedback via this important survey.
The new strategic plan will be unveiled at the sport’s 50th anniversary celebration this fall, Oct. 18-21, in San Diego.
The survey is open now through Sunday, Feb. 25, at 11:00 p.m. EST.
To show our continued appreciation, USA Ultimate is also offering the chance for up to 73 survey respondents to win a variety of different prizes. (Details provided in the survey).
