Seeking Input: 2013-2018 Strategic Planning Survey

The USA Ultimate Board and Staff are halfway through creation of the organization's 2013-2018 Strategic Plan.
We are committed to getting your input throughout the entire process of Strategic Planning, which will run through mid-2012 (thanks to many of you for filling out our first survey in May!).
Right now, we're seeking your input on the high-level goals and strategies USA Ultimate should be working on between 2013-2018. This survey should take you 15-20 minutes to complete.
By completing all required portions, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of a few brand new iPod Nanos (your choice of color)! The survey will close on Sunday December 11th (11:59 PM MST), and winners will be notified by mid-January.
