Locations set for 2012 HS Centrals (Naperville, IL) and HS Southerns (Chattanooga, TN)

Boulder, Colo. — USA Ultimate, the National Governing Body for the Sport of Ultimate in the United States, announced today the dates and locations for the 2012 HS Central and HS Southern Regional Championships.
After seven years of Easterns/Westerns, 2012 marks the first year of expansion into four separate HS Regional championships: Centrals, Northeasterns, Southerns, and Westerns.
HS Centrals
May 12-13
Naperville, IL (Naperville Polo Grounds)
The event will be hosted by Chicago Ultimate Training. "Chicago Ultimate Training is proud to partner with USA Ultimate in bringing the Central High School Championships to the Chicago area", said event TD Arnoush Javaherian. "Youth Ultimate in Illinois has been steadily growing over the past few years and this is a big step for our youth Ultimate community. The Naperville Polo Grounds has a long history of high profile Ultimate tournaments and this is no exception. Neuqua Valley's Ultimate Club is also proud to host a pasta and trade night during the event as well. We look forward to having many competitive teams come to Chicago for this tournament and to experience the wonderful city of Chicago."
HS Southerns
May 19-20
Chattanooga, TN (Camp Jordan Park)
This event will be hosted by Chatanooga Flying Disc Club. Said event TD Jeb Barrett, "the Chattanooga Flying Disc Club is a 501c3 club formed to promote youth activities through disc sports. Hosting the USA Ultimate High School Southern Championships will provide us an opportunity to showcase youth ultimate in our area."
