Give Us Feedback on 2013 Club Restructuring

As part of its plans for restructuring its Club Division, USA Ultimate has released a feedback survey to gather input from the ultimate community about the proposed plans. Information on the two 2013 plan proposals (Triple Crown and Super Regionals), as well as the Masters Series proposal, are available for review on the website. If you are interested in providing feedback on these plans specifically or on the direction of these divisions in general, please review the plans and take the survey. While the proposed plans have already taken into account a lot of community feedback, it is critical to the final planning stages and decision-making process that additional input from the community is collected and evaluated.
As noted in the announcement from mid-March, the ongoing feedback process will also involve focus groups set up throughout the country. These focus groups will engage various constituent groups in the community to gauge reactions and gather ideas and input. However, the survey is the broadest and most comprehensive way to make your voice heard. So please, review the plans and get involved by taking the survey.

The survey is set up in sections according to various topics and will take 20-45 minutes, depending on respondents’ areas of interest. The survey will be open through April 30 and can be partially finished and then re-accessed from the same computer. (Note that multiple respondents using the same computer will overwrite earlier responses.)
By completing all required portions, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of a few brand new iPod Nanos (your choice of color)! Winners will be notified by mid-June.
