Five Ultimate named official merchandise partner for Western & Eastern H.S. Championships

FIVE ULTIMATE AWARDED OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BID FOR 2011 HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Boulder, Colo. (March 7, 2011)—USA Ultimate announced today that Five Ultimate has been awarded the bid to serve as the official merchandiser of the National Governing Body’s two High School Championship events this spring. As the official merchandiser, Five Ultimate will design, produce and sell event merchandise for the 2011 USA Ultimate High School Western and Eastern Championships.
The 2011 High School Western Championships are scheduled for May 14-15 in Corvallis, Ore., while the Eastern Championships are set for the following weekend, May 21-22, in the Philadelphia suburb of Kennett Square, Pa.
The awarding of the bid to Five Ultimate marks the latest of several youth-related programs supported by the apparel manufacturer. Five Ultimate recently served as the official merchandiser of the 2010 Youth Club Championships and uniform and gear provider for last year’s World Junior Ultimate Championship team. Five Ultimate has also been a sponsor of the USA Ultimate Coaching Development program since 2008.
In addition to providing top-quality gear for event participants, their families and Ultimate fans on site at the high school championships, Five Ultimate will also provide its signature athlete hospitality and display area to enhance the tournament experience for everyone with various activities.
