Following an exciting weekend of regional tournaments, approximately half of the field of teams for the 2010 College Championships has now been determined.
Most regional tournaments were hotly contested and filled with great games, but noticebly absent of upsets when it came down to the finals or the qualifying "games to go". Oregon's top-ranked Open and Women's teams each won their regional championship. Both Pittsburgh and California joined Oregon as schools that have now qualified teams in both divisions for the 2010 championship event. Great Lakes Regionals was postponed due to weather and will be played next weekend, along with the remaining slate of regional tournaments.
