2017 Board of Directors Election Results: Kinley, Seamon, Wiseman Win Seats

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Nov. 16, 2017) – Preliminary results in the 2017 USA Ultimate Board of Directors elections award the open seats to Tyler Kinley and Josh Seamon in the at-large election and Robyn Wiseman in the elite-athlete election.

Kinley and incumbent Seamon were elected in the at-large election, amassing 663 and 799 votes, respectively. They defeated opponents Harvey Edwards (488) and Kurt Kuelz (138). 

Seamon retains his seat, while Kinley replaces outgoing board member Kathy Hendrickson.
 
In the elite-athlete election, Robyn Wiseman received 440 votes to defeat Kurt Gibson who received 81 votes.
 
Wiseman replaces outgoing elite-athlete representative Ness Fajardo.
 
The preliminary election results will be confirmed after voters are verified. The new board members begin three-year terms on January 1, 2018 which will end on December 31, 2020.
