2015 High School Regional Championship Application Window Open

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Feb. 10, 2015) – USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of ultimate in the United States, is pleased to announce that the application period is now open for teams interested in competing in the 2015 High School Regional Championships. In 2014, more than 100 teams and 1,000 athletes competed at the USA Ultimate High School Regional Championships. In the sport’s fastest-growing division, even more teams and athletes are expected in 2015.

Applications are due Friday, March 20, at 5pm MT. Invited teams will be notified by email by Friday, March 27.

The High School Regional Championships are held for high school-based teams who attended their state championship event the previous year. However, avenues are available for teams to compete at High School Regionals without having attended their state championship. Please see the application for more details.

Teams are selected based on team strength and geographic representation. For more information on player and team eligibility, requirements and selection procedures, please review the Youth Division Competition Guidelines.
