2014 World Junior Ultimate Championships - Day Six

Lecco, Italy (July 26, 2014) - After a week of comeptition at WJUC 2014, the U.S. National Teams leave Lecco, Italy, with a combined record of 18-1 and a pair of medals: one gold, one silver.
Girls' Team
The U-19 girls' team defeated Canada in the gold-medal game 17-9 to take home the gold medal for the first time since 2006.

Open Team
The open team also faced Canada in the championship finals. After being down 7-9 at halftime, the team fought back to tie the game at 16-16. Canada converted on universe point to take gold, 17-16. The United States claimed the silver medal.
