2013 National Championships Broadcast Schedule Released

USA ULTIMATE ANNOUNCES BROADCAST SCHEDULE OF 2013 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Up to 21 games to be made available to fans
 
Boulder, Colo. (October 9, 2013)—Sports fans and the Ultimate community can watch up to 21 games from the 2013 USA Ultimate National Championships, the national governing body announced today, along with a live and on-demand viewing schedule.
 
ESPN resumes its live coverage of the inaugural Triple Crown Tour, showcasing seven games during the event’s final two days, including all three championship matchups and four semifinal contests.  
 
ESPN will again produce and distribute the live coverage according to their high-quality standards, using the expertise that has made them the worldwide leader in sports. Programming will be available on ESPN3, the network’s live multi-screen sports network accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the award-winning WatchESPN app and through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members. The network is available in more than 83 million households nationwide to fans who receive their internet or video subscription from an affiliated provider. 
 
Ultiworld (www.ultiworld.com), also returns to provide coverage of the Triple Crown Tour, streaming live nine games during the tournament’s first two days, as well as producing tape-delayed coverage of two additional semifinal matchups and possibly third-place games (if necessary). 
 
Thursday’s slate of games features pool play matchups across all three divisions (men’s, women’s & mixed). Friday’s schedule will include elimination games from the round of 16 and quarterfinals, plus a Pro Flight qualifier. Semifinals will highlight Saturday’s broadcast and championship games will take center stage on Sunday.
