2012 Board of Directors Election Results

Boulder, Colo. (December 6, 2012)—USA Ultimate members elected three new representatives to the USA Ultimate Board of Directors last month, with a fourth member to be appointed in the coming weeks.

In the Mid-Atlantic region, incumbent Kathy Hendrickson (Pittsburgh, Pa.) ran unopposed and received 53 votes to retain her seat on the Board.
Stephen Hubbard (San Diego, Calif.) defeated Mary-Clare Brennan (Colorado Springs, Colo.) in the Southwest region, 142-51, replacing outgoing representative Audrius Barzdukas.
At-Large candidate Henry Thorne (Pittsburgh, Pa.) was voted back onto the USA Ultimate Board of Directors with 285 votes over Grant Maynard (99) and Miller Yoho (56).
The composition of the 2013 USA Ultimate Board of Directors will be complete following the appointment of a final representative prior to the next Board meeting Jan. 12-13 in Denver.
