USA Ultimate is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization working to fulfill our mission through our programs and events. The organization is run on a daily basis by 20 professional staff at the headquarters office in Colorado Springs, CO. We work with volunteers all across the country to create opportunities and advance ultimate.
