Preliminary 2019 Election Results Announced

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Dec. 17, 2019) - USA Ultimate announced today preliminary and unofficial results of the USA Ultimate Board of Directors election after polls closed at 2:00 p.m. MT Tuesday.
This year, there were two seats up for election – one at-large and one elite athlete.
In the at-large election, Steve Sullivan received the most votes, collecting 404.
Angela Lin received 268 votes, the most in the elite-athlete election.
Pending verification of results and voter eligibility, Lin will fill the vacancy left by the departure of Heather Ann Brauer, while Sullivan will replace outgoing at-large member DeAnna Ball.
Terms for newly elected board members will commence on Jan. 1, 2020, and expire on Dec. 31, 2022.
